Shipping Charges
₹70 for deliveries within Visakhapatnam, ₹130 for deliveries outside Visakhapatnam.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of placement. You will receive a confirmation message on your registered phone/email once the order is packed and dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products. All items are packed in eco-friendly materials — kraft paper, compostable mailers, and glass jars where applicable. Fragile items (like glass bottles of oil) are additionally cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or if you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
