Are your products really 100% organic?

Yes. All our products are grown on certified organic farms without synthetic pesticides, fertilisers, or GMOs. Our farm has been certified organic since 2017, and we undergo annual third-party audits to maintain certification.

How do you ensure product quality?

Every batch is tested at a NABL-accredited laboratory before dispatch. We check for pesticide residues, heavy metals, and nutritional content. You can request the test report for any batch by contacting us.

What does "cold-pressed" mean for your oils?

Accepted Answer

Cold-pressing extracts oil at below 50°C without any heat or chemicals. This preserves all natural nutrients, antioxidants, and flavour compounds that are destroyed in refined oils. Our cold-pressed oils have a distinct aroma and taste you can actually notice.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product. Honey lasts 18–24 months. Cold-pressed oils last 6–9 months. Spices and grains last 12 months. All products have a best-before date printed on the label. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payment via Razorpay — UPI, cards, and net banking — at checkout. For bulk or institutional orders, bank transfer is available — please contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once the order is packed and shipped, cancellations are not possible.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Metro cities (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune) typically receive orders in 2–3 business days. We currently ship to all major pin codes in India.

₹70 for deliveries within Visakhapatnam, ₹130 for deliveries outside Visakhapatnam.

We use eco-friendly packaging — kraft paper, compostable bags, and glass bottles where possible. We avoid single-use plastic. Products are securely packed to prevent leakage during transit.

What is your return policy?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, as these are food items.
